About 3-4 servings


2 - 3 large red skinned potatoes (or sweet potatoes or yams)

A couple Tbsp oil (coconut, avocado or olive)

1 tsp sea salt, or to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut potatoes into long, thin fries.  Try to get the sizes fairly similar so they will cook evenly.
  3. Place in a bowl and toss with oil and salt.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. (You may need to use two.)
  5. Place in oven and bake for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they are crispy and golden.  Enjoy with delicious Gluten Free Battered Cod.
