Tahini Parsley Dressing

About 1 cup


1/2 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 Tbsp Bragg's Liquid Aminos or tamari

1/2 cup (give or take) water

3-4 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 clove garlic, minced or grated


  1. Place tahini in a jar and squeeze lemon juice over top.  Stir with a knife until it becomes thick.
  2. Add Bragg's/tamari and enough water to thin, until a pour-able dressing consistency is reached.
  3. Add parsley and garlic, stir again, and enjoy!  This is wonderful on green salads or drizzled over top Roasted Root Veggies.
