Spinach O-Hitashi

Ingredients

8 cups baby spinach, washed and stems removed

1/4 tsp sea salt

water to cover

2 Tbsp Bragg's or coconut aminos

1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add salt and bring to a boil.
  2. Add spinach and cook 20 seconds.
  3. Drain into a colander and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water with your hands.
  4. Divide spinach into 6 parts and roll into balls.  Place on plates or a serving platter and drizzle a little liquid aminos over top each one. 
  5. Top with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
