Guilt Free Fudge Balls

About 12 fudge balls

Ingredients

1 cup walnuts (or pecans)

1/2 cup chopped dates (about 5 medium Medjool dates)

3 Tbsp cocoa or carob powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in work bowl of a food processor.  Process until a smooth texture is formed.
  2. Roll into balls.  If desired, you can then roll into toppings of your choice: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, etc.
  3. Enjoy!  Store remaining fudge balls in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

These tasty little fudge balls take almost no time at all to make and are as rich as real fudge, but without the stomachache.
